License Agreement & Terms of Sale

1. What you're buying

You are purchasing a single company license to use digital template products created by It's A Go Pursuits, LLC ("It's A Go," "we," "us").

The license is granted to the company named in the Licensed Company Name field at checkout ("Licensed Company"). That name is your license record. If it was entered incorrectly, contact us within 30 days to correct it.

Products covered by this agreement include the SF330 Rescue Kit, the Federal Planner, and the Complete SF330 System.

2. What the license allows

Anyone employed by or working directly for the Licensed Company may:

Use the templates for unlimited federal, state, local, and private-sector submissions
Customize them with your branding, colors, fonts, imagery, and content
Save branded master versions to your internal servers or shared drives
Share files internally among employees and internal team members
Submit completed documents containing the templates to government agencies, prime contractors, and teaming partners as part of a proposal or qualification package
Print the Federal Planner as many times as you need for internal use

There is no seat limit, no submission limit, and no expiration.

3. What the license does not allow

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the templates, in original or modified form
Share the files with any company other than the Licensed Company, including parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or sister firms under common ownership
Provide the files to teaming partners, subcontractors, or consultants for use on their own pursuits
Post the files publicly, including on file-sharing services, cloud folders with open links, or intranets accessible outside the Licensed Company
Use the templates to create a competing template, planner, or toolkit product
Remove or obscure copyright notices in files not intended for submission
Use the templates in a proposal-services business to produce deliverables for clients (see Section 4)

4. Consultants and proposal-services firms

If you prepare SF330s or federal qualification packages on behalf of other companies, each client company requires its own license.

You may hold a license under your own firm's name for your own pursuits, marketing, and business development. Producing client deliverables from these templates requires a license issued to that client.

5. Ownership

It's A Go retains all intellectual property rights in the templates, including layout, design, structure, typography, graphics, and instructional content.

You own your content. Your text, project descriptions, resumes, images, branding, and completed submissions are yours. Nothing in this agreement gives us any claim to them.

The license grants use rights, not ownership of the underlying design.

6. Government forms

The SF330 is a form issued by the U.S. General Services Administration. We do not claim ownership of the form itself, and this product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the GSA or any federal agency.

What you are licensing is our design work, layout, structure, and guidance --- not the government form.

7. No professional advice; you remain responsible

The templates are a starting point. They are not legal advice, compliance advice, contracting advice, or a guarantee of compliance with any solicitation.

The solicitation is the boss. You are responsible for reviewing the current SF330 instructions, the specific solicitation, and every amendment, and for confirming your submission complies. Requirements change, agencies impose their own formats, and no template can anticipate every case.

We make no representation or guarantee regarding shortlisting, selection, award, or any pursuit outcome.

8. All sales are final

These are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review the product description, page previews, and this agreement before purchasing. If you have a question about what's included, contact us before you buy and we'll answer it.

If something is wrong, tell us. A corrupted file, a broken download link, a missing file, a product that doesn't match its description --- contact us and we will fix it promptly. Our commitment is to make the product work, not to reverse the sale.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access, and that no refund will be issued.

9. Updates

We may update the templates over time. Licensed customers receive updates to purchased products at no additional cost, delivered through the same access method as the original purchase.

The Federal Planner is dated by fiscal year. Your license does not automatically include future fiscal-year editions. The file is fully editable, so you may update dates yourself.

10. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, It's A Go's total liability arising from these products is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost contracts, or lost business opportunities.

11. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it, or if a refund or chargeback is issued for any reason. On termination you must stop using the templates and delete all copies, including branded master versions, and access to any files or member areas will be revoked.

Submissions already delivered to an agency or client before termination are not affected.

12. General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

This is the entire agreement between you and It's A Go regarding these products, and supersedes any prior discussions.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your license.
